Shipping & Delivery


Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12pm EST, or on weekend days, or on holidays, will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. COURAGE b offers four types of shipping options for delivery within the United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, or US territories. If you would like to ship to international destinations, please email us at info@courageb.com for instructions.

COURAGE b will not disclose customer information to any outside organizations without prior consent of the customer, but may disclose user information to government and/or third parties if there is reason to believe the user is violating the terms and conditions of our company, or where otherwise required by law or by legal process. The following may have access to the information collected on this site: Ourselves and our agents acting on our behalf who are contractually bound to keep individual and identifying information confidential. Delivery services may only use supplied information for completing your delivery. We may also use your contact information to contact you about new products, features or special promotions. If you wish not to receive such communications, you may remove yourself from our list by logging into your account, and then clicking on 'my information'. On this page, you can choose to opt-in or opt-out of the email mailing list. You may also remove yourself from the mailing list by clicking on the unsubscribe link that is present in all promotional emails that we send to our customers.

COURAGE b also collects simple user information by using data-tracking software to track what areas of the site are visited most frequently. This gives us valuable information about those items in which our customers are most interested so we can try to provide a better shopping experience.

COURAGE b uses security measures in order to protect from the loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control. All orders are transmitted over secure internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. Should you forget your password, we will email you your password to the address you provided.

 


Returns & Exchanges


Online purchase product returns will be charged a 10% FEE. The items must be in never worn/original condition with tags and receipt. Any items which have been damaged or worn will NOT be accepted for return and will automatically be sent back to the customer. Online purchase Returns and Exchanges must be sent back to the Head Quarters location within 20 days of package delivery for refund exchange. There will be no online purchase returns accepted at any COURAGE b retail location. No items purchased from a COURAGE b retail location will be accepted back at the Head Quarters location for return or exchange.

PLEASE NOTE: All SALE/DISCOUNTED purchases are FINAL SALE. Please shop carefully! Returns or exchange requests on SALE merchandise will not be accepted. Instructions For Exchange or Return of Full-Price Merchandise:
